These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrainDeck website and application (the "Service"), operated by MicroGyms UK ("TrainDeck", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using TrainDeck, you confirm you are physically well enough to take part in structured exercise and, if in any doubt, have consulted a qualified medical professional first.

Not medical advice

TrainDeck generates general fitness programmes based on the information you provide. It is not a substitute for professional medical, physical therapy, or coaching advice. You are responsible for training safely, using appropriate technique, and stopping if you feel unwell or experience pain. To the extent permitted by law, TrainDeck accepts no liability for injury or loss arising from use of the workouts.

Your account

Keep your login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval you select (monthly or annual) until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
Prices may change on renewal; we will give reasonable notice before any change takes effect.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
Copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
Share your account with others or resell workouts generated by the Service.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, content, and generated programme structure, is owned by TrainDeck and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal training.

Your content

You retain ownership of the training data you enter. By using the Service, you grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process, and display that data so we can provide the Service to you.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrainDeck's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
