This Privacy Policy explains how TrainDeck ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information about you when you use the TrainDeck website and application (the "Service"). This page is maintained by TrainDeck to answer common privacy questions about the Service.

  • Account information, the email address and password you provide when you create an account.
  • Training data, the workouts you generate, complete, or save, and any weigh-ins you record.
  • Billing information, if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are collected and processed by our payment processor. We do not store your card number.
  • Technical information, basic log data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to operate and secure the Service.

How we use your information

  • Provide and personalise the Service (e.g. generate workouts).
  • Maintain your account and process subscriptions.
  • Communicate service updates, security notices, and support replies.
  • Detect, prevent, and address abuse or technical issues.

Where applicable, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, your consent (where required), and compliance with legal obligations.

Children

TrainDeck is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
